Job Description
This is a fulltime role that can be worked Remote from the contiguous United States
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow GRC Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNows GRC modules including Risk Management Policy and Compliance Management and Audit Management. This role involves collaborating with crossfunctional teams to tailor GRC applications to meet our business needs and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
What youll do:
- Design and Development: Customize and configure ServiceNow GRC modules to meet business requirements including Risk Management Policy and Compliance Management and Audit Management.
- Implementation: Lead the implementation of GRC solutions including creating workflows forms and reports to support governance risk and compliance processes.
- Integration: Integrate ServiceNow GRC modules with other systems and applications as needed to ensure seamless data flow and accurate reporting.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow GRC applications ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for customizations configurations and integrations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders including IT compliance and risk management teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with ServiceNow updates and best practices recommending enhancements and improvements to existing GRC solutions.
What youll need:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 6 years experience as a ServiceNow Engineer with a focus on GRC modules.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform including scripting workflows and data integration. Experience with ServiceNow GRC modules is required.
- Extensive knowledge of APIs Web Services and Rest URLs.
- Build system integrations using Integration Hub and Rest API
- Proficient with JavaScript XML JSON Java
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- ServiceNow Certified GRC implementation Specialist
