Partner Manager Salesforce

London hybrid

This position sits in our UKI Experience & Engineering team and will be London based. Our team combines technology and experience design to create emotive yet conversionfocused ideas products and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty are digital experiences and communication that change perceptions and shape new behaviours to make a difference in the market.

JOB PURPOSE

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the fastestgrowing digital agencies in the world. As part of the UKI Sales & Strategic Alliances team the Salesforce Partner Manager is responsible for helping to develop implement and drive the new business channel sales strategy to drive new business and build our partner relationships.

Youll do this by leveraging your ability to cultivate and nurture relationships with our most important technology and strategic partnerships focusing on Salesforce strategise on tactics to expand our position within their ecosystem and uncover new business opportunities jointly with them.

This role requires a selfmotivated individual who can manage our partner relationship across the UKI to build strategic alliances and partnerships between DEPT and Salesforce. This person will be the interface between the two organisations. This is a business development and relationship management role that is responsible for business generated by the portfolio of channel partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build trusted relationships with DEPTs key technology platform partner Salesforce. This includes field sales partner management as well as technology enablement and supporting teams.
  • Internal comms is also a focus and this person will be required to provide stakeholders with a better understanding of the value of alliances reporting back to the business about the impact our alliances have on our growth.
  • You are responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with Salesforce to jointly drive significant revenue growth within the UKI region.
  • You are highly knowledgeable of Salesforces propositions products markets business opportunities and customer opportunities and will work closely with partners to uncover and drive new revenue opportunities
  • Support UKI Business Development and consultancy teams with partnerspecific requests and communications
  • Writing briefs/newsletters to share our progress with our key partners (internal/external)
  • Act as the facilitator between partners and internal teams to resolve and/or anticipate future issues/challenges
  • Work with our internal marketing teams to develop marketing and leadgeneration activities with Salesforce. On occasion youll support marketing with event planning and outreach as and when required
  • You will be measured on the number of alliancegenerated sales qualified leads generated and influenced revenue; youll be expected to support sales across DEPT through the creation of tactical messaging campaign tooling events and collateral.

  • A consistent record of successful business development relationship management and/or strategic alliances
  • Ability to identify potential solutions create business cases demand generation and marketing programs for these solutions
  • The ability to build and develop diverse relationships essential to achieving the Partner and Alliance revenue objectives.
  • Team player. Strong drive. Selfstarter. Willing to take a leadership role in driving initiatives working across the organisation
