Workshop Technician Apprentice Ref: EE01125
Hourly Rates:
16 to 17 year olds 7.55
18 to 20 year olds 10.00
21 and over 12.21
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Sunday annualised contract)
Contract: Fixedterm 42 months

Were looking for a motivated and handson individual to join our Fleet Services team as a Workshop Technician Apprentice. If youre passionate about mechanics and eager to learn this is your opportunity to gain real experience while working towards a Level 3 Heavy Vehicle Service and Maintenance Technician Apprenticeship.

What Youll Be Doing
- Assist in inspecting and repairing vehicles and equipment.
- Learn to diagnose faults using modern tools and systems.
- Help with vehicle and machine preparation including fuelling cleaning and checks.
- Gain experience in MOT station procedures and depot operations.
- Understand key fleet regulations safety practices and maintenance standards.
- Keep accurate records and support vehicle compliance work.
What Were Looking For
- Enthusiastic committed and willing to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of health and safety responsibilities.
- GCSEs at grade C/4 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent).
