Job Description

Qualifications:

Associate or Bachelors degree in Engineering Plastics Technology or related field preferred
3 years of experience in injection molding process engineering or technical support
Strong understanding of injection molding machines (e.g. Toyo Arburg Engel etc.)
Hands-on experience with scientific molding principles and troubleshooting
Familiarity with robotic part handling and auxiliary equipment
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred Skills:

RJG or similar scientific molding certification
Experience with DTR IQMS SAP or other manufacturing ERP systems
Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 quality standards
