Job Description
As such Direct Medics are working in partnership with an NHS Trust in the Liverpool area to find an experienced and dedicated Band 5 (Higher Level) Pharmacy Technician providing a comprehensive specialist pharmacy service within Inpatient Mental Health Services (Medicines). The successful candidate will cross cover multiple inpatient sites across wide geographical areas when required - mental health and secure inpatient wards (including South Liverpool Warrington Halton Southport Maghull health park etc.)
Locum roles with Direct Medics are a great way of enhancing your earning potential as well as working with some of the most professional and successful Hospital Pharmacy teams in the country. This role is ideally full-time working Mon -Fri 8.30am - 5pm(1hour lunch) on a temporary basis until end of August 2025.
Requirements
- Accredited Technical Accuracy Checking Qualification
- NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services and BTEC Level 3 in Pharmaceutical Sciences
- 18 months or more UK experience within the NHS working as a Pharmacy Technician
- Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council
- Full UK Drivers License and access to a car (Essential)
- Right to Work in the UK
