Were looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Service Drive Assistant to join our growing team!
Position Summary:
The Automotive Service Drive Assistant is a key team member responsible for ensuring a smooth and friendly experience for all service customers. This role involves a blend of customer service administrative duties and vehicle handling all within a fastpaced supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet customers as they arrive at the service drive.
Answer incoming service department phone calls in a professional and helpful manner.
Write and assist in preparing accurate repair orders based on customer concerns.
Shuttle vehicles to and from service areas parking lots and sometimes customer locations.
Assist with vehicle checkin and walkarounds to document vehicle condition.
Provide timely updates to customers about their service appointments.
Maintain a clean organized and welcoming service drive and customer lounge.
Support service advisors and management team with various tasks as needed.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service.
Qualifications:
Strong positive attitude with an enthusiastic and professional demeanor.
Excellent work ethic and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
Dependable punctual and teamoriented.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.
Previous automotive or customer service experience is a plus but not required we are willing to train the right candidate.
