Position Overview
This position is accountable for the administration of the departments Policy Administration Program in addition to providing document control and management guidance for the entire department.
Completion of a bachelors degree majoring in legal studies political science business administration public administration or a related field plus three years of experience in policy administration document control management with an emphasis in policy development and research or a combination thereof OR Eleven years of experience in policy administration document control management with an emphasis in policy development and research or a combination thereof.
Supervisory experience.
Experience with administering a policy administration software such as PowerDMS.
Ability to plan organize and direct efforts of employees for efficient accomplishment of program objectives.
Strong troubleshooting and research skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
