You will own the development and of the corporate growth plan spearheading new brand launches acquisitions and transformational projects that align with the company s longterm vision.
What You ll Do
- Lead Growth Strategy: Shape and execute the company s strategic plan targeting business expansion identifying highimpact opportunities and developing robust business cases for new ventures acquisitions and partnerships.
- Drive Innovation & Transformation: Champion innovative transformation initiatives and ensure each aligns with broader corporate objectives from timeline planning through to postimplementation review.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing Sales Finance and Operations to translate growth strategies into clear action plans and track performance against targets.
- Build for the Future: As the business scales grow into a higher strategic role eventually overseeing the full strategy function and mentoring a dedicated team.

Requirements
Who You Are
- Experienced Strategist: 10 years of strategic planning or related roles with at least 5 years leading major growth projects or strategy teams.
- Globally Savvy:Handson experience in international markets comfortable managing crossborder deals and partnerships.
- DataDriven & Creative: Skilled at marrying rigorous financial analysis with creative problemsolving to deliver sustainable growth.
- Collaborative Leader: Adept at building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels from shopfloor teams to executive leadership.
What You Bring
- Master s in Business Administration or equivalent professional qualification.
- Proven success launching brands or closing acquisition deals in fastmoving consumer goods food service or retail.
- Outstanding analytical capabilities and experience with financial modelling.
- Bonus: Experience in foodservice or retail sectors is an advantage.
