Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Fleet Contract Manager to lead coach and manage our delivery contract teams.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the operational performance of our delivery teams ensuring a premium delivery service to customers while maintaining compliance with company standards and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead coach and develop contract delivery teams to achieve service excellence and performance targets
- Source onboard and train new delivery carriers across multiple states
- Manage daytoday delivery operations resolving complaints and ensuring timely damagefree deliveries
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews with delivery teams to drive continuous improvement
- Monitor and report on key operational metrics including Radaro ratings delivery targets and safety compliance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine delivery processes and improve customer satisfaction
- Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with company OHS policies and procedures
Qualifications :
- Previous experience managing delivery teams contractors or logistics operations
- Strong leadership coaching and problemsolving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Highly organised with strong time management skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines
- Ability to travel interstate as required
- A proactive attitude with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
- Experience with Radaro or similar delivery management platforms will be highly regarded
