Do you have a passion for working with Wyoming youth with disabilities Are you self-motivated Do you gravitate towards creative innovative ideas If so then this position is for you! The Disability Innovation Fund (DIF) Navigator role is responsible for the recruitment and case management of students enrolled in the Pathways to Progress (P2P) Program. This P2P program collaborates with Vocational Rehabilitation Centers for Independent Living mental health providers and local school districts to offer creative avenues for students to engage in career exploration through both individual and group workshops. This position is also responsible for creating student activities bringing community stakeholders together for regular meetings and recruiting partners to foster increased opportunities for students to become confident independent prepared individuals as they explore their futures.

PREFERENCES:
Preference for a Bachelors degree in a human service-related field
Preference may be considered for an Associates degree in the human service field and extensive experience
Preference for one year of experience working with youth in secondary school or providing Pre-Employment Transition Services to students with disabilities
Preference may be considered for equivalent combinations of related education and experience.
