Job Description

We are currently looking for a:

Group HSE Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

    Roles & Responsibilities

    Group HSE Audit Program

    • Coordinate the Group Health and Safety and Environment (HSE) Audit Program.
    • Prepare annual audit catalogues aligned with defined focus areas. Establish and manage uniform methods for planning performing and reporting of HSE audits as well as for following up and closing out audit findings.
    • Audit park HSE performance as per HSE Audit Program.

    Legal and Internal HSE Compliance SelfAssessments

    • Manage Group electronic data system(s) that allows end users to perform Legal and Internal HSE Requirement Compliance SelfAssessments.
    • Establish and manage uniform methods for planning performing and reporting of Legal and Internal Compliance Selfassessment as well as following up and closing out gaps and corrective actions.

    Third Party Audits and Inspections

    • Oversee third party audits and inspections related to incident prevention following up on identified corrective actions with the concerned departments (maintenance operations .

    Others

    • Understand and analyze the overall Group HSE performance and assess opportunities for continuous improvement.
    • Provide training and support for implementing systems and processes related to the Group HSE and Sustainability Programs.
    • Develop Corporate annual program(s) to address identified HSE impacts risks and opportunities.
    • Integrate other environmental social and governance (ESG) related aspects into the Group HSE and Sustainability Programs.

    Education:

    • University Degree. Technical field (engineering science) is preferred.
    • Certified Health and Safety Professional (Tcnico Superior Prevencin Riesgos Laborales NEBOSH ..
    • Integrated Management System (Quality Health and Safety Environment) education is a plus

    Languages:

    • English; advanced (C1
    • Any other European Language will be valuable.

    Computer Skills:

    • Office Suite; good knowledge of Excel Word and PowerPoint is a must.

    Experience:

    • 5 years experience managing HSE preferable in industrial construction or hospitality and leisure sector.
    • Proven experience in internal HSE audit role
    • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams
    • International experience is a plus.
