CBS TAL Enablement :
As a member of the Core Business Services (CBS) you have an opportunity to work across teams that extend knowledge resources and tools to the wider firm helping them deliver exceptional service to our clients gain in the marketplace and aid the firms growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance Information Technology Human Resources Enterprise Aid Services Administrative Services Brand Marketing and Communications and Quality and Risk Management.

Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain a robust employee network to gather realtime insights for the decisionmaking process.
Coach counsellors on peoplerelated and process matters.
Contribute to monthly reviews and provide support under supervision.
Employee Advocacy and Engagement:
Assist in the implementation and communication of new HR policies and procedures.
Support HR and business leads in designing and executing employee engagement plans.
Act as an advocate for employee wellbeing.
Conduct Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) in line with the ECHO Framework.
Talent Management:
Streamline performance review processes by managing data scheduling and ensuring timely completion.
Conduct retention conversations and provide timely insights.
Assist counsellors in addressing underperformance issues.
Support the integration of new joiners into the organization.
Operational Excellence and Compliance:
Handle HR processes for a low to moderately complex group of 400600 employees with limited supervision.
Maintain highquality HR standards and practices.
Address basic employee queries and resolve lowlevel grievances with supervision.
Build an understanding of and ensure compliance with employment laws.
Initiatives:
Participate in locationspecific events or service line/service subline wide initiatives.
Advise on social media presence and engagement strategies for Generation Z.
Contribute to process automation efforts to enhance HR efficiency.
Skills and attributes
To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
Masters degree or HR certification preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
