HR ADP System Specialist
Los Angeles CA (Hybrid)
We are looking for an experienced HR Systems Specialist with deep knowledge of ADP Workforce Now to join our Human Resources team. This role will play a key part in optimizing our use of ADPs suite of HR tools including modules for onboarding performance evaluations compensation planning benefits administration and employee/manager self-service. The right candidate will act as an internal consultant and ADP systems expert helping to drive efficiency compliance and user adoption across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Function as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all aspects of ADP Workforce Now within the HR team.
Provide day-to-day support for core HR processes including onboarding benefits performance management and compensation through ADP.
Facilitate training workshops and one-on-one sessions to ensure HR staff managers and employees are confident and competent in using ADP tools.
Assist with the deployment of new ADP modules and feature upgrades ensuring smooth transitions and effective adoption.
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with ADP support for timely resolution.
Create and maintain both standard and ad hoc reports for HR metrics workforce analytics and regulatory compliance.
Manage and maintain employee and manager self-service functionalities ensuring accuracy and ease of navigation.
Conduct research and assist in establishing HR protocols for employees located in different states ensuring legal compliance.
Stay up-to-date on system updates and enhancements and recommend ways to align them with evolving business needs.
Actively contribute to HR technology strategy meetings and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now with a strong focus on HR-related modules.
Proven ability to support system rollouts and lead training initiatives.
Skilled in creating data-driven reports and dashboards using ADP s analytics tools.
Strong foundation in HR principles policies and compliance requirements.
Experience supporting a multi-state workforce is highly desirable.
Industry experience in construction or a related field is a plus.
