Position Overview:
Copley Hospital is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to align your personal values with a mission driven successful healthcare organization in the Morrisville/Stowe area of Vermont.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for performing complex human resources duties and coordinating or leading projects in the following functional areas: employee relations leave of absence/FMLA retirement plan administration employee safety and wellness compensation performance management and training policy implementation and employment law compliance. This position reports directly to the Human Resources Director.
This position has a broad knowledge of all HR functions with excellent communication skills and a customerfocused mindset. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in human resources with a minimum of five 5 years of progressive experience.
