TASQ is actively seeking to fill an onsite position for a call center trainer in Ortigas as soon as possible.
The prescreening interview will be conducted via phone.
**Position Overview: Trainer (Ortigas)**
**Requirements:**
**Insurance Industry Experience:** Extensive experience in the insurance sector especially in claims handling is crucial. Candidates should have between 3 to 5 years or more of relevant experience.
**Specific Claims Knowledge:** A solid understanding of different types of insurance claims (such as property casualty auto health and life) claims processes and applicable regulations is necessary.
**Training/Instructional Experience:** Prior experience in a training or instructional capacity is highly preferred which may involve designing developing and delivering training programs.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Certifications in insurance or claims.
**Work Schedule:** Night Shift
**Work Arrangement:** Onsite (Ortigas)
