The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Operations Specialist Office Manager) to join our team. This key role is responsible for ensuring the smooth daytoday operations of our office supporting staff and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office supply inventory and oversee employee snack and drink provisions.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment in the front lobby conference room and common areas.
  • Handle incoming calls and office mail distribution.
  • Oversee daily logistics operations including outbound orders freight pickups and shipment scheduling for account managers.
  • Provide customers with timely shipping confirmations tracking info EX numbers and general order updates.
  • Support deinstallation projects by participating in system bidding coordinate all logistics and vendor communications ordering materials create and manage POs communicate with the warehouse and sales teams and track project progress
  • Support the onboarding of new hires.
  • Assist with new vendor onboarding and manage annual vendor documentation updates.
  • Provide administrative and project support across various departments.
  • Coordinate company events and recognition programs for employee milestones.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities youll need for this opportunity:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 4 years of professional office experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fastpaced office and warehouse environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple highpriority tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence in drafting reports business correspondence and internal documentation
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization abilities
  • Positive attitude with a proactive solutionoriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint); intermediate skills preferred
