Are you ready to take the lead in shaping a global tax strategy for a dynamic multinational group
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned International Tax Manager to join a highperforming team. This role plays a pivotal part in overseeing the international tax landscape of a global business steering compliance strategy and optimisation across multiple jurisdictions.
The successful candidate will take charge of global tax planning transfer pricing M&A tax support and risk management all while navigating complex international tax legislation. Working alongside senior leadership and crossfunctional teams this role is ideal for someone who thrives on challenge strategic thinking and influencing outcomes on a global scale.
Key requirements:
- Minimum BComm (Hons); Chartered Accountant or postgraduate qualification in taxation advantageous
- At least 10 years of international tax experience ideally within both Big 4 and multinational environments
- Indepth knowledge of African tax regimes and international tax frameworks
- Proven expertise in transfer pricing CFC legislation and crossborder tax structuring
- Demonstrated ability to lead tax input in M&A and restructuring initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to manage and mentor teams
- Adept at tax reporting risk management and compliance across jurisdictions
- Exceptional project management and reportwriting skills
