Paralegal (Corporate & Commercial)
Remote Working Opportunity West End Firm
3 Month Contract potential of being permanent
Position Overview:
A highly regarded niche law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join for 3months with the genuine opportunity to join on a permanent basis. The role involves diverse commercial contracts and corporate law work supporting a breadth of multinational and US clients.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and manage commercial contracts including creating updating and automating agreements.
- Handle corporate legal matters such as drafting board minutes agreements resolutions and document suites for multinational clients.
- Conduct due diligence by reviewing contracts and explaining key clauses such as pricing provisions.
- Manage crossborder group structures and subsidiaries globally.
- Create and implement documents within intercompany group structures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 35 years commercial contracts experience
- Ability to independently draft and implement agreements with support from senior lawyers.
- Strong commercial awareness and familiarity with key contractual terms.
- Preferred (not required): International legal experience crossjurisdictional work exposure and knowledge of crossborder group structures.
- Selfstarter comfortable working remotely and independently while collaborating with a senior team.
