Exciting Career Opportunity: Immigration Paralegal at a Leading International Law Firm
An exceptional opportunity has become available for an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join the Immigration team of a prestigious international law firm. This role offers the chance to work alongside a team of highly skilled international lawyers and provides strong support for career growth and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to lawyers on both inbound and outbound immigration matters for multinational clients
- Monitor and stay updated on changes in Hong Kongs immigration policies
- Prepare and manage immigration and employment-related documentation
- Support the application and renewal processes for employment visas
- Liaise with external counsel and maintain accurate records and reports within the firms database system
Candidate Requirements:
- Tertiary education or university degree (a law degree is not mandatory)
- 3 years of relevant immigration or employment law experience in relation to Hong Kong and/or other countries ideally from law firms professional services or immigration consulting firms.
- Immigration consultants or specialists are encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese Mandarin and English is a must
- Strong ability to manage projects independently
