Job Description
A nationally recognized full-service law firm with a reputation for handling high-stakes complex commercial disputes is seeking an experienced Complex Litigation Paralegal to join its Century City office. This team represents Fortune 500 corporations global entertainment companies and emerging ventures in matters that demand precision creativity and resilience.

What You ll Do
-
Draft and finalize complex litigation documents including pleadings motions subpoenas and discovery responses in compliance with federal state and local rules (CA & Central District experience strongly preferred).

Manage E-Discovery workflows from start to finish document collection review coding redaction production and database management (Relativity experience highly desirable).

Organize and oversee document-heavy case files and litigation dockets including pleadings transcripts discovery and attorney work-product databases.

Lead deposition and trial preparation develop exhibit lists privilege logs deposition binders witness kits and demonstratives while coordinating with outside vendors under strict deadlines.

Provide on-site trial support including witness coordination exhibit presentation jury selection assistance and real-time trial logistics.

Docket and calendar all litigation deadlines ensuring strict compliance with court and discovery schedules.

Record and manage billable hours daily to support client and firm requirements.

Provide high-level legal and organizational support to attorneys while safeguarding sensitive and confidential client data.
What You Bring

Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience with significant exposure to complex trial-heavy cases in one or more of the following practice areas:

Intellectual Property (copyright trademark trade secret or patent litigation)

Labor & Employment (class actions wage & hour discrimination workplace disputes)

Commercial Litigation (contract disputes real estate business torts partnership litigation)

Entertainment Litigation (production talent licensing and media-related disputes)

Strong working knowledge of federal state and local court rules including California state and Central District federal courts.

Proven ability to manage large-scale discovery and e-discovery projects (Relativity strongly preferred).

Extensive experience in trial preparation and support including multi-week trials.

Mastery of Microsoft 365 and litigation-support software/databases.

Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines in a high-volume practice.

Professional communication skills with the ability to interact with clients courts opposing counsel experts and vendors at a senior level.
