US IPO Paralegal Top Intl Law Firm Hong Kong
Exciting opportunity with a top tier international law firm to join their corporate team. The successful candidate will be supporting legal operations and ensuring management of corporate transactional documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in M&A and US IPOs: Support lawyers in managing mergers and acquisitions as well as US IPO processes including due diligence regulatory compliance and transaction structuring.
- Legal Document Preparation and Execution: Draft review and organize key legal documents such as contracts agreements prospectuses and regulatory filings ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
- Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on corporate and securities laws regulatory requirements and market trends to provide insights that support decision-making and legal strategies.
- Team Collaboration and Project Coordination: Work closely with lawyers clients and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless workflow manage timelines and ensure successful completion of transactions and legal projects.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in US IPOs with a background in local or international law firms
- Solid experience in working with law firms with strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English Chinese and Mandarin
- Strong work ethic well organized with attention to detail a good team player proactive with strong sense of responsibility able to work to tight deadlines and unexpected volume of work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases
