As our Corporate Tax Senior Manager you will be central to delivering pragmatic solutions to help our clients solve complex tax matters and efficiently manage their tax responsibilities. Youll have the opportunity to collaborate with our skilled and experienced professionals in Sydney and Brisbane to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients meet their tax obligations while maximizing their business outcomes. Our team is dedicated to staying ahead of the curve when it comes to regulatory and legislative changes so we can provide our clients with timely and effective advice that meets their unique needs. By joining our team you will play an integral role in helping our clients navigate the complex tax landscape and achieve their goals as well as playing a key role in our continued growth strategy. Your main responsibilities include:
Providing Australian income tax advisory and income tax compliance services to clients across the following sectors:
Banking and capital markets;
Wealth and asset management including superannuation funds; and
Insurance
Working with a market leading client list you will advise on tax matters and help clients manage complex tax issues
Manage and develop the growth a portfolio of financial services clients and lead the preparation and review of income tax compliance provisions and tax advice
Develop strong and dynamic relationships with your clients and become a trusted advisor
Lead and coach a team of staff and ensure quality delivery of tax services
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and work with them to find opportunities to grow our business
Play a key role in implementing our growth strategy
What were looking for

Australian corporate income tax or fund tax experience ideally gained in a top tier accounting firm mid tier accounting firm corporate business (including superannuation insurance banking and wealth and asset management) 8 plus years of experience
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex engagements with strong influencing skills to pull the right levers to drive the best outcomes
Excellent client facing skills with the confidence to lead client meetings build a network and grow accounts
An ability to articulate complex technical information into succinct wellinformed recommendations to your clients
Ability to lead and mentor our staff as well as being a strong team player
Enthusiasm and a strong passion to succeed
Completed CA qualifications or equivalent
