About this role
We are looking for a motivatedPeople & Culture Coordinatorto support the National and Local P&C Leads with the coordination of general HR/P&C activities primarily for our Consulting division. Based in Melbourne just a short walk from Southern Cross Station this is a hybrid role of WFH and officebased activity offered on a fulltime basis.
This role is key to ensuring the smooth daytoday operations of our P&C function while supporting the delivery of our broader people strategy. In this dynamic and highly valued position you are someone who has a PeopleCentric mindset who is action oriented adaptable and proactive in your approach.
This is an entrytointermediate level position and as such attitude and aptitude are important to us: you are a curious individual who takes an interest in the business in which they work.
Key responsibilities
This role will primarily be accountable for employee lifecycle administration including onboarding and offboarding team members in the Consulting service lines. Additionally the role will also support:
Skills and experience
As an internal supportbased role excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are essential as are a strong attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of discretion when handling confidential or sensitive P&C matters.
A high level of initiative and the ability to anticipate and proactively support the needs of your stakeholders before and as they arise is a valuable skill that you will develop and utilise.
