About this role

We are looking for a motivatedPeople & Culture Coordinatorto support the National and Local P&C Leads with the coordination of general HR/P&C activities primarily for our Consulting division. Based in Melbourne just a short walk from Southern Cross Station this is a hybrid role of WFH and officebased activity offered on a fulltime basis.

This role is key to ensuring the smooth daytoday operations of our P&C function while supporting the delivery of our broader people strategy. In this dynamic and highly valued position you are someone who has a PeopleCentric mindset who is action oriented adaptable and proactive in your approach.

This is an entrytointermediate level position and as such attitude and aptitude are important to us: you are a curious individual who takes an interest in the business in which they work.

Key responsibilities

This role will primarily be accountable for employee lifecycle administration including onboarding and offboarding team members in the Consulting service lines. Additionally the role will also support:

  • P&C Reporting (national)
  • National Contractor management & administration
  • Coordinating talent acquisition and early careers activities including administration of a warm bench of active talent
  • Supporting engagement survey debriefs and actions as needed
  • Supporting talent programs including facilitating feedback collection and assisting EOY calibration process
  • Assisting with internal meetings & events
  • Providing routine P&C advice and guidance with support from wider P&C team

Skills and experience

As an internal supportbased role excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are essential as are a strong attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of discretion when handling confidential or sensitive P&C matters.

A high level of initiative and the ability to anticipate and proactively support the needs of your stakeholders before and as they arise is a valuable skill that you will develop and utilise.

  • Previous experience in a function within People & Culture/Human Resources OR providing administrative support to multiple stakeholders and their teams
  • Innovative organised and efficient able to bring new ideas and improvements to the table
  • Strong communication teamwork and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to easily learn new systems and technologies
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite including Excel Outlook PowerPoint and Word
