Madison College is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join the Finance department in a part time limited term employment (LTE) position. This position will provide backfill support for the Student Financials (SF) team during the implementation of Madison Colleges new Student Information System Workday. Key responsibilities include assisting students with questions related to their financial accounts via phone and email.
The Accounting Specialist will also support the SF team with processing student and general payments preparing bank deposits mailing student checks monitoring and following up on unclaimed property and managing thirdparty and accounts receivable tasks such as invoicing payment processing and reconciliations.
This is a parttime up to 29 hours a week limitedterm position through May 28 2027. Flexible core working hours 8:00am 4:30pm Monday Tuesday & Thursday. Subject to change per Madison College policy.
The Accounting Specialist reports to the Financial Accounting Manager.
