Job Description
Hearst Television in Charlotte North Carolina is looking for an Order Specialist to join our Ad Operations team. You have excellent telephone and verbal communication skills. Accuracy and attention to detail are important. We are looking for professionals who understand the importance of the success of Ad Operations. You will report to the Ad Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for accuracy of entering and maintaining sales orders
- File and maintain all appropriate paperwork related to contracts
- Help implement HTV Best Practices and SOPs
Requirements
- Knowledge of WideOrbit system; training will be provided
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Accurate detail-oriented and self-starter
- Strong communication skills
- Related military experience will be considered
