Job Summary
We areseekinga highly skilled and experienced development lead to oversee the entire software development lifecycle from design to testing. Key responsibilities will include managing team performance hands on experience with troubleshooting and debugging s/w issues implement continuous improvements stakeholder management collaboration with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality software solutions that meet our business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and coordinating multiple development projects
- Develop efficient processes executing effective strategies and ensuring timely completion of projects
- Collaborating closely with various teams including product owners and business partners for project delivery maintaining highest level of quality and adherence to organizational objectives
- Validating deliverables for functional and technical accuracy
- People management and career planning
- Design architect and implement scalable and highperformance solutions
- Managing team capacity and optimizing technical deliverables
- Write and review clean efficient and well documented code
- Hands on experience with troubleshooting and debugging s/w issues
- Follow Development best practices Unit testing code coverage Test automation
Skills :
- Ability to work with team collaboratively and deliver clear instructions
- Ability to grasp technical landscapes identify dependencies and manage risks
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies including sprint planning standups sprint demos and retrospectives
- Solution oriented multitasking with strong communication with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Technical expertise and strong problemsolving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues
- Strong understanding of computer science concepts such as data structures algorithms and software design patterns
- Experience with System design
- Knowledge of Java and its core libraries
- Familiarity with Spring Framework Hibernate or other Java frameworks
- Experience with databases such as MySQL PostgreSQL or Oracle
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform
- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript is a plus
Desired skills :
- Experience in the role of solution architect
Qualifications:
- 15 years of experience in software development
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
- Strong understanding of full stack development (JavaReact) processes and methodologies is a significant plus
- Experience working in eCommerce environment is a significant plus
