Technical Lead

The Technical Lead will be central in managing our technical team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality scalable and innovative technology solutions. This role requires a blend of hands-on development experience team management and technical strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technology consulting strong coding skills and the ability to lead technical discussions and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Management
   • Mentor and manage a team of developers and engineers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
   • Oversee daily team operations including task assignment performance reviews and professional development.
   • Facilitate effective communication within the team and between cross-functional teams to drive project success.
2. Technical Strategy & Architecture
   • Lead the technical design and architecture of solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
   • Evaluate and select technologies frameworks and tools to support efficient development practices and high-quality deliverables.
   • Collaborate with stakeholders and product managers to align technology initiatives with client requirements.
3. Code Quality & Development Practices
   • Oversee code reviews (PRs) to maintain high standards of code quality best practices and adherence to established guidelines.
   • Establish standards and practices for the team including version control coding guidelines CI/CD processes and automated testing.
   • Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to optimize team efficiency and product quality.
4. Technical Oversight & Innovation
   • Lead technical discussions design sessions and problem-solving workshops to address technical challenges and drive innovation.
   • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends integrating relevant advancements into the teams workflows.
   • Advocate for continuous learning technical excellence and process improvements within the team.
5. Client & Stakeholder Engagement
   • Support client engagements with technical expertise to ensure solutions meet or exceed expectations.
   • Prepare and present technical designs and architectures to clients and internal leadership.
   • Serve as a technical liaison between the consulting team and client stakeholders ensuring transparency and effective communication.

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer in technology consulting or a similar environment.
• Strong expertise in modern programming languages (e.g. Java Python C# JavaScript) and frameworks.
• Extensive experience with system design architecture and development best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage mentor and lead technical teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
