We are seeking a driven and ambitious Leadership Development Trainee to join our growing team in Houston TX. This role is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about business leadership and operations. As a trainee you will rotate through various departments to gain hands-on experience develop key leadership competencies and prepare for future management roles within the company.
Responsibilities
Participate in a structured rotational program across key departments such as operations client services and business development
Support project leads in executing strategic initiatives and daily operations
Conduct performance analysis and identify process improvement opportunities
Assist in developing training materials and participate in team workshops
Collaborate with senior managers to implement leadership strategies and policies
Take on special assignments and present findings to leadership teams
