The Opportunity:
The Associate Director Partnerships is responsible for helping to build mutually beneficial partnerships for UCF across the seven channels of corporate engagement: sponsored research corporate capstones colocation executive education business collaborations student talent engagement and philanthropy. Reporting to the Executive Director of Partnerships this role collaborates with both internal stakeholders and external clients to create and strengthen strategic relationships that align with UCFs goals.
Responsibilities:
Partner with the Advancement & Partnerships team to facilitate multichannel interdisciplinary engagementssupporting everything from agreements and strategy sessions to internal communications and external partner alignment.
Collaborate with campus stakeholders and corporate partners to identify strategic opportunities and develop customized partnership plans that align with UCF priorities.
Serve as the point person for Discovery Days and VIP campus visits curating experiences for executives to explore UCFs capabilities across research education innovation and philanthropy.
Support identification of new corporate leads by leveraging campus research teams LinkedIn and other prospecting toolsmapping campus assets to uncover opportunities for impactful partnerships.
Assist with tracking reporting and followup efforts to ensure progress toward partnership goals and alignment with the universitys strategic vision.
Perform related duties and special projects as assigned to support the success of the Partnerships team.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree and 4 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219.Click here for more information
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in higher education advancement or nonprofit settings.
Experience facilitating complex multistakeholder partnerships or corporate engagement strategies.
Strong relationshipbuilding and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to navigate large organizations and align efforts with institutional priorities.
Familiarity with corporate giving sponsored research or executive education programs.
Ability to use tools like LinkedIn CRM systems and research databases to identify new prospects and qualify potential partners.
Proven success in managing events or highlevel meetings for executives and key decisionmakers.

The anticipated salary for a wellqualified candidate is between $64518 and $80648.

The anticipated pay scale indicated for this position generally applies to candidates who meet the minimum requirements and several of the preferred qualifications outlined above.
