Job Description
Major responsibilities include:
- People Development / Management
- Staff Recruitment
- Achieving Personal Service/Sales Goals

- Inventory Control / Management
- Expense Planning and Management
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 25 years supervisory experience in the cosmetology industry and hold a current North Carolina Cosmetology License.
Must be proficient in computer businessrelated software (Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint) and have strong analytical and reasoning skills. Salon Software experience is a plus.
