We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technology Lead to drive the technical vision and within our Revenue Operations team. In this pivotal role you will spearhead the architecture design and development of our revenue technology ecosystem centered around Salesforce Mulesoft HubSpot and related platforms. As a playercoach you will guide and mentor a talented team of developers and administrators fostering a collaborative environment where innovation thrives and excellence is the standard.
As our Technology Lead you will:
Define and maintain the overall system architecture for the Revenue Operations technology stack highly focused on orderability scalability reliability and security.
Design and coordinate seamless and intelligent integrations between Salesforce HubSpot Mulesoft and our broader enterprise systems ensuring data flows effortlessly and insights are readily accessible.
Lead the handson development and implementation of innovative solutions within Salesforce HubSpot and Mulesoft translating business needs into impactful technical realities.
Establish and enforce rigorous technical standards and best practices across the development testing and deployment lifecycle.
Apply deep understanding of data modeling principles to ensure the integrity efficiency and analytical power of our revenue data.
Oversee the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from initial requirements gathering through successful deployment and ongoing maintenance.
Proactively identify and resolve complex technical challenges optimizing system performance to ensure seamless operations.
Strategically plan and execute system release cycles minimizing disruption and maximizing value delivery.
Lead and mentor a small but mighty team of developers and administrators cultivating a collaborative growthoriented and highperforming environment.
Effectively assign tasks manage workloads and ensure the timely and successful completion of critical projects.
Partner closely with Sales Marketing Customer Success and IT teams to translate business challenges into effective and scalable technical solutions.
Articulate technical concepts effectively to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders providing regular updates and insightful guidance.
Strategically manage relationships with consultants and vendors as needed ensuring optimal value and alignment with our technical vision.
Proactively monitor and maintain the stability and reliability of our revenue technology stack anticipating and mitigating potential issues.
Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
Identify and implement ongoing process improvements and system optimizations always striving for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (Masters preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a technology role with a strong emphasis on managing intricate Salesforce/Salesforce CPQ applications sophisticated Mulesoft integrations and Marketing Operations tools like HubSpot alongside robust data warehouse structures
Strong understanding of system architecture design patterns and integration principles.
Extensive handson experience with Salesforce platform development (Apex Lightning APIs).
Proven experience with Mulesoft integration platform.
Familiarity with leading cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring small teams of developers and administrators.
Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Exceptional problemsolving analytical and communication skills both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce and Mulesoft certifications (e.g. Platform Developer System Architect).
Experience with a wider range of marketing automation platforms and other revenue operations technologies.
Note: Candidate can reside anywhere in Canada.
