Job Description
The Ads Security Team is seeking an experienced and talented technical program manager. This position is responsible for driving roadmaps and automation efforts for Ads Security programs. You will work extensively within project management tools to build and track projects. You will work with stakeholders to build requirements and help deliver security products and services. You will work within a team of experienced engineers and security professionals to improve the security posture of Amazon advertising products.
Key job responsibilities
As a Technical Program Manager you will collaborate with security teams and engineering teams to build roadmap for Ads Security programs
You will leverage technology drive automation and deliver process improvements
Directly manage security projects programs campaigns and operational initiatives
Break down security goals into attainable measurable work streams
Build relationships and steer operation support teams towards delivery
Communicate with data backed status reports and dashboards
Recommend and manage schedules and priorities
Create targeted metrics for project status and effectiveness
Communicate a strong understanding of security and risk management
Identify areas for improvement and deliver solutions
Understand system architecture maintain dependencies throughout upstream change

The Ads Security organization at Amazon is dedicated to creating innovative technical solutions that detect assess and mitigate security risks within Amazons Advertising businesses. Our vision is to accelerate the development velocity of the Advertising business by ensuring that our products are inherently secure.
3 years of technical product or program management experience
2 years of software development experience
3 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
3 years of working directly with engineering teams experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $197800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
