This is a remote position.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Sydney Time with 1 hour unpaid break.
You will be a key member of technical support working closely with our customers and internal team to solve issues efficiently and ensure smooth software adoption.
Customer Support & Ticket Management
Handle inbound technical support tickets via Freshdesk software.
Troubleshoot customer issues related to GoHighLevel.
Provide clear concise solutions and technical guidance to customers.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior support or development teams when necessary.
As part of the Technical Support team you will be responsible for communicating with clients as needed. This includes making phone calls to book appointments follow up on ongoing issues and discuss matters related to their account. Clear and professional communication is essential to ensure clients receive timely updates and support.
Workflow Automation & GoHighLevel Configurations
Set up and optimize GoHighLevel workflows to automate customer processes.
Assist clients in configuring email templates triggers and automation sequences.
Integrate third-party tools with GoHighLevel for better workflow efficiency.
Website Support & Form Embedding
Embed and customize GoHighLevel contact forms on customer websites for lead capture.
Ensure smooth integration between web forms and CRM automations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to form submissions.
