As part of our Client Experience team this individual will be responsible for managing our Professional Services projects which focuses on delivering bestinclass services to help customers build optimize and/or scale their services. Job Duties
- Expertly operate our proprietary webbased and mobile applications
- Participate and lead overall discovery and postSales engagement with customers to develop and execute customer success plans
- Efficiently handle and prioritize inbound customer inquiries and internal Professional Services requests conducting initial assessments to determine needs and coordinating with appropriate teams or resources to deliver optimal solutions.
- Manage customer engagement programs including operational metrics and service profitability
- Works directly with client to gather requirements design solutions build proof of concepts and implementation solutions.
- Delivers consultativebased knowledge transfer and documentation.
- Ownership of project plan and milestones/issues tracking that ensures whiteglove service customer delight and rapid timetovalue.
- Distill complex solutions into simplified explanations and share relevant customer success stories that demonstrate value to customer
- Interface with various Forcura teams to provide feedback loop in the form of customer insights and quality improvements
- All other jobrelated duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 1 year of Project Management and/or SaaS Implementation experience
- Proven track record of exceptional ambition drive and proven results
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced agile and quickly changing environment
- Healthcare or technology industry knowledge preferred
- Willingness to travel to clients locations as needed to provide additional support to team members
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive project planning experience
- Superior solutionsorientation and complex problemsolving skills
- 3 years of Project Management and/or SaaS Implementation experience
