What Youll Do
As Director of Sales youll build and lead a worldclass inside sales team design and execute scalable sales strategies and drive outstanding performance across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership: Architect and execute scalable sales strategies aligned with aggressive revenue growth targets.
Team Building & Development: Recruit mentor and lead a highperforming inside sales team; foster a culture of excellence accountability and growth.
Revenue Ownership: Set clear sales goals monitor KPIs and lead the team to consistently exceed monthly and annual revenue benchmarks.
Sales Ops Optimization: Streamline workflows and highvolume sales operations in a fastpaced metricsdriven environment.
Coaching & Performance Enhancement: Implement training programs drive consultative selling best practices and provide regular coaching and feedback through call reviews and performance tracking.
DataDriven Insights:Analyze sales trends forecast outcomes and make informed strategic decisions using realtime CRM data and performance metrics.
CrossFunctional Collaboration:Partner with Marketing Ops and Executive teams to align gotomarket strategies and ensure seamless customer journeys.
Sales Tech & Process Innovation:Identify and implement tools automations and systems that increase sales efficiency and conversion rates.
Qualifications:
Proven Sales Leadership: 2 years managing and scaling sales teams in highperformance environments.
Sales Strategy Expertise: 35 years of experience in sales leadership roles with a track record of consistently exceeding targets and driving revenue.
Business Acumen: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (preferred); strong understanding of revenue growth mechanics.
Analytical Thinker: Ability to analyze data spot patterns and create actionable insights to boost performance.
Inspirational Leadership: Excellent communication and people skills; proven success motivating and mentoring sales talent at all levels.
Adaptable & GoalOriented: Thrive in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment; proactive and energized by challenges and change.
Tech Fluency: Proficient with CRMs (Salesforce HubSpot) reporting tools and modern sales platforms.
