Our goal To ensure every furry friend gets the care they deserve and their owners get peace of mind.
As we set our sights on expanding were on the hunt for a Sales agent working part-time to join us. If youre ready to embark on an adventure with us and help revolutionize pet insurance we want to hear from you!
You will be reporting directly to Country manager Sweden.
Tasks
We are looking for someone who wants a fun and flexible part-time job alongside their studies. The work mainly takes place in the evenings and on weekends but there is also the possibility to work more hours for example during the summer. You will be working in a cross-functional team where youll have the opportunity to influence the product based on your customer insights. You will become an expert on our products collaborate closely with customer support and provide valuable feedback to improve our offering.
Your responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls guide customers through the insurance process and answer questions about our offerings.
- Conduct follow-up calls with potential customers who have shown interest (no cold calling).
- Share customer feedback with the team and other departments (for example Marketing Tech or Customer Success) and suggest improvements.
- Be part of an exciting and fast-growing startup where every day brings new challenges.
Requirements
- You are a student and plan to continue studying for at least two more semesters.
- You have a strong interest in animals and can understand the needs of pet owners.
- You are a strong communicator with good listening skills you enjoy talking to people not just selling to them.
- You are independent but also enjoy collaborating in a team.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles (experience from insurance fintech or the pet industry is a plus).
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
