Heres how youll become a key player with this opportunity:

s a Product Marketing Manager for the Adobe Education team you will be responsible for driving growth and marketing strategies for the student business of Creative Cloud.
You are a full stack marketing athlete with skills across customer insights development analysis strategy creation crossfunctional team leadership and coordination and program . Your daytoday responsibilities may vary; you can flexibly jump from one priority and need to another.

As a toptier marketer you have deep appreciation for the next generation of customers are data driven and proficient in marketing frameworks channels and tactics. You are wellversed in different areas of marketing and can flex to various key initiatives and strategic priorities relating to the student audience. You have strong cultural awareness and understand and excel at establishing relationships and credibility across diverse teams. You understand subscription models and are a selfstarter with strong initiative. The ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding how best to reach the student audience and craft compelling strategies that drive engagement and units.

Heres how youll make an impact on the team:

• Customer and competitive analysis: Analyze behavioral metrics market/competitive data and customer research to identify growth and improvement opportunities.
• Drive and conduct primary customer research as needed.
• Market opportunity evaluation and business case development: Analyze financial and customer data create Excel models to evaluate opportunities identify action plan priorities and create written business cases.
• Develop marketing and messaging strategies to reach the next generation of creators across ages 1825
• Evaluate business performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Partnership and influence: Work with product marketing and sales teams to execute strategies and programs
• Program Management & : Drive of specific marketing programs as needed

Heres what youll need to be successful in this role:

• BA/BS with strong performance in quantitative coursework and demonstrated analytical success.
• 57 years of handson experience in B2C product marketing; experience with strategic consulting.
• Analytical and strategic deep analytical skills demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and keen ability to evaluate alternatives and make compelling recommendations based on solid business case analysis.
• Selfmotivated executionoriented resourceful willing to roll up ones sleeves to do whatever it takes to get it done and able to think differently to unlock paths to progress
• Comfortable working with ambiguity
• Growth mindset
• Excellent sense of humor

Pay Range:

$66.00 $72.50/hour
