Job Description

The Head Business Development & Sales provides strategic leadership to drive revenue growth expand client relationships and promote the full suite of HCP s services. The role oversees all business development and sales activities across divisions ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering collaboration with divisional heads and team leads to achieve optimal results.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients ensuring satisfaction and longterm partnerships.
  • Oversee and mentor the business development and sales teams ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Ensure highquality of clientfacing projects and engagements meeting expectations and industry standards.
  • Identify and capitalise on opportunities to crosssell and expand HCP s service offerings.
  • Oversee the preparation review and approval of client contracts and service agreements ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.
  • Monitor financial performance prepare reports and recommend strategies for revenue optimization.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies and identify emerging trends.
  • Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking opportunities to enhance visibility.
  • Drive customer engagement initiatives to strengthen client retention and satisfaction.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Human Resources or a related field.
  • Master s degree (MBA) or professional certifications in sales marketing or leadership (e.g. CIM SHRM) are preferred.
  • 10 years of experience in business development or sales with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving market growth.
  • Experience in professional services HR consulting or related industries is an advantage.
