About the role and practice
If youre a patientfocused Practice Manager looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment look no further than Abingdon Peachcroft Orthodontics.
Fulltime 37.5 hours per week. Open to discussion on 4 days per week.
Typical shifts MondayTuesdayWednesdayThursday & Friday
At this friendly specialist Orthodontic practice youll work alongside an expert clinical team and supporting practice colleagues to deliver exceptional private care. Abingdon Peachcroft Orthodontics is one of circa 70 specialist orthodontic practices within PortmanDentex making us theleading orthodontic providerin the UK.
About you
We welcome your application if you have management experience within a dental healthcare or commercial setting (e.g. retail/hospitality).
Experience of working with financial records to include P&L KPIs and budget planning
Experience of managing a team including knowledge of HR processes and compliance
The ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive proactive approach
