You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWere looking for a Senior People Partner to join our team and serve as a trusted advisor to our leaders. In this role youll empower managers across your assigned business units to thrive in all people mattersfrom organizational design to talent developmentensuring alignment between our business goals and people strategies. Youll also be a goto resource for employees supporting their development productivity and workplace experience. Confidentiality empathy and sound judgment will be essential in everything you do.
What Youll Do:
Act as a strategic advisor to divisional leaders cocreating HR strategies that enhance performance drive engagement and support team success.
Support leaders on key people topics such as organizational design culture employee relations and development helping to shape a thriving work environment.
Translate business needs into actionable HR plans leveraging tools frameworks and expertise from HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs).
Coach and guide senior management on a wide range of peoplerelated matters from managing change and conflict to building effective teams.
Provide both strategic and handson HR support covering topics such as performance management compensation employee relations development organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
Use data and insights to inform decisions track progress and identify trends that improve employee experience and business outcomes.
Collaborate with the Talent Development team on performance reviews training programs and career development planning.
Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding and integration to development and offboarding.
Monitor and report on key HR metrics such as employee engagement succession planning learning & development and retention.
Help shape and implement HR policies ensuring clarity consistency and alignment with both legal standards and company values.
Qualifications :
5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner People Partner or HR Generalist in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Proven ability to build trust and strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
Business acumen and strategic thinking with the ability to turn business needs into targeted HR solutions.
Datadriven and outcomeoriented with a proactive mindset and problemsolving attitude.
Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills.
High level of resilience empathy and ownership in addressing people challenges.
Fluency in English both written and spoken.
