You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Senior Sales Executive with 2 3 years of experience in sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth building longterm client relationships and leading sales efforts in a dynamic environment. This role requires strong communication skills a strategic mindset and a proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and longterm relationships with prospects.
Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
Develop and execute annual sales strategies and performance goals.
Utilize sales tools to identify leads and nurture relationships with prospects.
Collaborate closely with sales leaders and crossfunctional teams.
Oversee sales activities within the assigned territory and ensure consistent performance.
Establish and expand a loyal customer base through strategic engagement.
Recruit train and mentor a sales team to achieve defined targets.
Set individual and team goals; conduct quarterly performance reviews.
Lead by example in following the sales process and closing highconversion leads.
Continuously evaluate and improve the sales process in coordination with leadership.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.
Generate new business through cold calling referrals and networking.
Build and strengthen relationships in the commercial construction community.
Ensure acceptable profit margins on all deals.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field preferred.
2 to 3 years of relevant sales experience ideally in B2B or real estate/construction.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic and resultsoriented mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
