About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Communications Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and executing digital communication strategies to enhance brand awareness engage customers and drive online and in-store traffic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation social media management and digital campaign execution within the retail sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital communication strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Manage social media channels creating engaging content scheduling posts and monitoring performance.
  • Craft compelling copy for digital platforms including social media websites email campaigns and paid media.
  • Collaborate with marketing design and e-commerce teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve engagement.
  • Coordinate influencer and brand ambassador collaborations to amplify brand presence.
  • Support the execution of paid digital campaigns across social media and search engines.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends emerging platforms and industry best practices.
  • Assist in crisis communication management and online reputation monitoring.
  • Track and report on KPIs related to engagement reach and conversion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Digital Media or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in digital communications social media management or digital marketing within a retail or consumer-facing industry.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics Meta Insights etc.).
  • Basic understanding of SEO SEM and paid media campaigns.
  • Experience working with influencers and brand partnerships is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
