Job Description: We are an established agency looking for an outgoing and personable individual to join our team as a Commercial Insurance Producer. In this role you will be responsible for developing new business identifying crossselling opportunities and providing exceptional customer service to our commercial insurance customers. The ideal Commercial Insurance Producer will have a proven track record of successful sales and will be a crucial player in a dynamic sales role.
Qualifications:
- Previous insurance experience working as a producer within commercial lines coverages in a brokerage/agency setting.
- Proven experience in cultivating new client relationships.
- Ability to negotiate with carrier underwriters on behalf of clients to secure the best rates.
- Familiarity with working with multiple carriers and rating systems.
- Track record of successfully selling new commercial lines accounts and maintaining renewal business.
Requirements:
- Proven customer service and sales skills.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage client accounts effectively.
- Property & Casualty License is a requirement for this position.
- Experience in Middle Market to Large Commercial Insurance required.
