We are looking for an experienced senior HR recruiter to join our client team who specializes in tech hiring within the data analytics domain. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills who can deliver exceptional talent acquisition solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process for tech roles in data analytics and AI ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
- Source screen and evaluate candidates through various channels including job boards social media and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates to meet future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to define role requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Handle recruitment for HR and finance profiles as needed.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates technical skills cultural fit and alignment with role expectations.
- Negotiate offers manage the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Provide datadriven insights on recruitment metrics and strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 57 years of proven experience in tech hiring with a strong focus on the data analytics domain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities with experience collaborating with senior leadership.
- Handson experience managing recruitment for HR and finance profiles.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
