Location:
Remote LATAM or Central & Eastern Europe (CEE)
Salary Range:
up to 4000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM EST

About the Company:

Sagan represents a growing startup led by a founder looking to build out their first dedicated sales function. The company offers a dynamic environment with lots of room for growth ownership and process improvement for someone entrepreneurial and eager to shape sales from the ground up.

Position Overview:

Were looking for a Business Development Representative to manage the full sales cycle from taking inbound calls and qualifying leads to generating proposals and closing deals. As the first sales hire youll work directly with the founder to improve and evolve the sales process and infrastructure. This is a highimpact role with the potential to grow into sales leadership over time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries and discovery calls
  • Qualify leads and guide prospects through the sales funnel
  • Draft and deliver tailored proposals
  • Close deals and support clients through onboarding
  • Collaborate directly with the founder to refine the sales process
  • Track sales metrics and maintain data in HubSpot

Qualifications:

  • 23 years of experience in a sales role preferably fullcycle
  • Comfortable taking discovery calls and closing small to midsize deals
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
  • Reliable proactive and able to operate independently in a remote environment


NicetoHaves:

  • Experience with outbound sales or cold outreach
  • Background in working with startups or founderled sales teams
  • Familiarity with tools like Apollo Sales Navigator or Loom
  • Ability to contribute to refining sales scripts sequences and automation
  • Previous experience working with USbased clients or teams
