About the Role
We are looking for a Germanspeaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Varna Bulgaria. This is an onsite position ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in an international work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support in German via phone email and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries troubleshooting and productrelated questions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow company procedures.
Requirements:
Fluent in German (C1/C2 level)
Fluent in English (B2 or higher)
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
Strong problemsolving and communication skills
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Comfortable working onsite in Varna
