At Trustpilot were on a mission to expand our footprint in the Enterprise segmentand were looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to help us grow in the DACH market. In this role youll play a pivotal part in winning highvalue clients shaping Trustpilots presence in the Enterprise space and driving strategic growth. This is a pure new business roleno account management no renewals focused only on building pipeline finding new customers; the opportunity to build something big.
This position is based in our Hamburg office and we are looking for someone onsite who will have the opportunity to work alongside colleagues in our hybrid working setup.
What youll be doing:
- Lead the charge in expanding Trustpilots Enterprise segment targeting toptier brands in Italy.
- Develop new business opportunities within key verticals and identify highpotential industries.
- Own the full Enterprise new business cycle prospecting pitching negotiating and closing complex deals.
- Navigate multistakeholder environments and drive executivelevel conversations.
- Build and execute structured outbound strategy to engage key decision makers.
- Consistently exceed new logo acquisition targets and drive highimpact deals.
- Manage and support complex RFI/RFP processes to win largescale accounts.
- Partner with marketing and SDR teams to convert highvalue Enterprise leads.
- Provide strategic feedback to product teams to enhance Enterprise offerings.
- Mentor junior BDMs and contribute to the teams success.
- Represent Trustpilot at industry events forums and webinars to build brand visibility.
Who you are:
- Proven experience in a new business/hunting role closing highvalue deals in SaaS MarTech or similar industries managing complex and long sales cycle.
- A track record of exceeding new business targets consistently winning enterprise clients.
- Experience engaging Clevel executives and multiple stakeholders across business units.
- Strong understanding of legal procurement and RFP processes in Enterprise sales.
- Background in ecommerce or MarTech is a plus.
- Familiarity with sales & marketing tools (Salesforce LinkedIn etc..
- A strategic selfdriven mindset with a passion for building and scaling.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings & events.
