Job Description: We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter / Sourcer to manage our full recruitment cycle from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. If you have a background in IT recruitment and the ability to understand our business needs wed like to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Establish best strategies to source and attract candidates using databases social media and other innovative channels.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge skills soft skills experience and aptitudes.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Promote the companys reputation as a best place to work.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role.
- Strong experience in sourcing specialized pools of candidates.
- Strong ability to present and sell the organization to candidates.
- Strong analytical skills to understand business needs and identify suitable candidates.
- Actionoriented with a proactive approach to recruiting.
- Ability to manage demanding internal clients with professionalism and efficiency.
- Indepth knowledge of B2B environments.
- Experience in hiring for both legacy technologies and cuttingedge programming languages including AI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decisionmaking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources IT Business Administration or a related field.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
- Experience in fullcycle recruiting in the IT consulting or related industry.
