Job Description: We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter / Sourcer to manage our full recruitment cycle from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. If you have a background in IT recruitment and the ability to understand our business needs wed like to meet you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
  • Establish best strategies to source and attract candidates using databases social media and other innovative channels.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
  • Assess applicants relevant knowledge skills soft skills experience and aptitudes.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Promote the companys reputation as a best place to work.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role.
  • Strong experience in sourcing specialized pools of candidates.
  • Strong ability to present and sell the organization to candidates.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand business needs and identify suitable candidates.
  • Actionoriented with a proactive approach to recruiting.
  • Ability to manage demanding internal clients with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Indepth knowledge of B2B environments.
  • Experience in hiring for both legacy technologies and cuttingedge programming languages including AI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decisionmaking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources IT Business Administration or a related field.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
  • Experience in fullcycle recruiting in the IT consulting or related industry.
