Job Description
Position Summary
Lead a team of production operators to meet production schedules ensure production targets are met with effectiveness and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Direct and supervise production operators to perform correct assembly task according to Work Instructions
Work closely with QA staff to meet quality requirements
Work closely with store personnel
Distribute work orders to ensure production continuity
Follow through on hot expedites
Ensure proper handling and packing of products
Observe safety and ensure production team abide by Good 5s Housekeeping philosophy (to maintain a neat and tidy workplace)
Any adhoc task as assigned by Supervisor
Qualifications Summary
Experience:
This position requires minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Production Lead
Education:
Minimum GCE O level certification or equivalent qualifications
Skills:
Technical Skill Requirements
PC literate at basic levels
Behavioral Skill Requirements
Selfmotivated and able to work under pressure
Good team player
Working hours: Mon to Fri 8:30am to 6pm
