Job Title: Production Worker
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our client s manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery assembling products monitoring production processes and ensuring high-quality output in a fast-paced environment. This role requires physical stamina attention to detail and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Operate machinery and production equipment according to standard operating procedures.
Assemble components or products as per specifications and quality standards.
Monitor the production line and report any issues or malfunctions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective equipment.
Perform regular quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
Pack finished goods for storage or shipment.
Assist in loading and unloading materials as required.
Record production data accurately and maintain documentation.
Cooperate with supervisors and team members to meet daily targets.
Essential Qualifications:
Minimum 10th / 12th pass or ITI / Diploma in relevant trade (based on client preference).
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing setup is preferred.
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
Skills Required:
Basic mechanical and operational knowledge.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Physical fitness and ability to lift or move heavy objects.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with safety protocols and quality control standards.
